Mabani Steel LLC is a designer, manufacturer and erector of:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB)
- Hot Rolled Structural Steel (HRSS)
The company’s Head Office and Main Factory are located in the Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Emirate of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The company undertakes the erection of its products for select Customers in select areas (sales territories) and executes the erection using its own in-house erection staff, specialized erection companies or a combination of both.
The RAK based factory has the following monthly production capacity:
- 6000 metric tons (MT) of PEB of which 3600 MT are Built-up Members
- 2000 metric tons of HRSS
Sales are made through area offices, some of which are registered as LLC Construction Companies.
Mabani Steel currently has 3 offices in the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah), 3 offices in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar), 3 offices in Iraq (Baghdad, Erbil & Basra), 2 offices in Pakistan (Karachi & Lahore), plus offices in Oman (Muscat), Qatar (Doha), Bahrain (Manama), Ghana (Tema) and Tanzania (Dar Es Salaam).
All area offices have a resident erection specialist who is responsible for monitoring the erection quality of Mabani Steel products irrespective of whether the erection is undertaken by Mabani Steel, by a Customer nominated erector or by an experienced PEB erector.
Requests for quotation (RFQ) should be submitted directly to area sales offices. In a country where we have no area sales office but we have a certified builder (as in Kuwait, Sudan, Libya, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh) RFQ's should be sent to the certified builder with a copy to

. In all cases Mabani Steel will respond with a comprehensive proposal (quotation) offer and detailed proposal drawings.
Mabani Steel is equally owned by the Al Rajhi Investment Group (ARIG) Company and the Raed Al Mashal Business Group. Al Rajhi is one of the ten largest business groups in Saudi Arabia and one of the top five Saudi investors in the UAE. Al Mashal is a prominent and reputable Saudi Business Group.
